1. Returns
All sales on items with serial numbers are final. Any issues with  quality and defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship will be handled according the the manufacturer's warranty policy. For a copy of that policy specific to the item that you purchased please call or email us.  We will accept returns on part with prior authorization for a period of 30 days, call or email us for an RMA. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for return shipping, UNLESS there is a manufacturer's defect with the part based on the manufacturer's warranty. NO parts will be accepted for return with an RMA. Returns are not accepted on electrical parts for any reason. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
