Our factory certified technicians are happy to warranty your machine regardless of where you purchased it.
If the machine was not purchased from us we will require a diagnostic fee of $48 up front, which will be refunded to you when the manufacturer approves the repairs needed.
Manufacturers have very specific rules for us to follow when repairing a machine under warranty.
- The machines MUST be registered: If you purchased the machine from us we have completed the registration for you. If you didn't, please make sure that your item is registered. If we need to register the machine for you, we will charge a $20 fee for processing the paperwork.
- You must provide us with proof of purchase or registration when presenting the machine at our facility. If you purchased the machine from us, we have all of the paperwork you need, otherwise please bring the required paperwork with you or email it to us.
- The machine must be diagnosed by a factory certified technician and then the diagnosis must be submitted to the manufacturer for approval. We will NOT do any work on the machine until the manufacturer approves the repair. We are NOT the decision makers in this situation. If the manufacturer does not approve the repair the customer will be contacted with a quote before the machine is worked on.
The warranty process does slow down the repair process as not all manufacturers are fast with reviewing the paperwork. They also frequently ask for photos and extra testing which may delay their decision making. Please be patient throughout this process as we work hard to get your machine repaired as quickly as possible.
If the manufacturer declines repair the customer is responsible for a diagnostic fee if they also chose not to repair the machine. Our diagnostic fee is $48. If the customer does not want the unit and leaves it for us to dispose of a fee of $30 applies.
